Infused Olive Oil

Besides our traditional olive oil, at our olive mill we also create a unique product, aromatic olive oils. We crush the olives together with wild herbs from Mani, basil, or citrus fruits, creating an exceptional olive oil enriched with all the oils and aromas of the herbs. It is a completely natural product with a rich flavor and delicate natural aromas. It offers a unique tasting experience, adding character to your dish or serving as a dressing for salads.
